Be Smart about what you eat. Set a Goal and STICK TO IT!!!
Workout:
 Run in Place for 1min
 35 Reverse Lunge
35 Leg Lift
35 Crossover Crunch
 35 Half Push Up
 35 Flutter Kicks.. 
Repeat 3Xs
Be mindful whatever muscles you work, give them 24hrs to Recover.
